I am Paula, founder of Flexora.
I have spent more than 12 years working with companies of different sizes, industries and countries, especially SMEs and startups. Over that time I have supported their owners and teams through different challenges: finding the right people, organizing the work, improving coordination and solving day-to-day needs.
Something I have learned over these years is that as a company grows, its needs change too. Tasks multiply, responsibilities overlap and many decisions keep going through the same people. What worked at the start is not always enough to keep up with that growth.
I created Flexora to help companies find practical solutions to those challenges. Sometimes that means bringing someone onto the team; other times, organizing the work better, adding a tool or simply finding an easier way to do things.
I like understanding how each business works, listening to the people who are part of it and looking for alternatives that can really be put into practice.
I work closely with each company and, when the project calls for it, I bring in professionals with specific expertise. Because not every company needs the same thing, and I believe solutions have to adapt to its reality, not the other way around.
Sometimes we know exactly what we need. Other times, we feel some things could work better, but we do not know where to start.
